Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply equally to singular and plural forms and to all sections of this Agreement.

By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and king77 relating to your use of the Platform.

king77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register an Account and use king77 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. king77 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indonesian law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of king77 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software suppliers, without prior written consent from king77's compliance department.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by king77 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on king77's responsible gaming register at the time of registration or Account use.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card, KTP), date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile telephone number, and a unique email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify king77 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. king77 will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or telephone. You agree to notify king77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. king77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting king77's support team. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules before the Account is closed. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing window.

king77 is required to conduct identity verification on all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may conduct verification at any point during the Account lifecycle. This process helps king77 comply with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and ensures the Platform is not used for fraudulent purposes.

5.1 Required Documents

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered Indonesian address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Source of Funds: For large transactions, king77 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for betting activities.

5.2 Verification Timeline

king77 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is satisfactorily completed. king77 reserves the right to request additional documentation or to extend the review period in complex cases. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form; obscured or edited documents will not be accepted.

All funds deposited to your king77 Account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being flagged for review.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

king77 currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) — via Virtual Account or direct transfer.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer restrictions).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. king77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and may apply enhanced due diligence for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri Virtual Account are typically credited to your king77 Account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. E-wallet deposits via OVO, GoPay, and DANA are generally credited instantly. Bank transfer processing may vary and is subject to the sending bank's clearing schedule. king77 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by king77's payments team following satisfactory documentation. king77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day) may experience processing delays. king77 aims to process the majority of standard withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours during peak operational periods.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

king77 may delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• The Player has not completed KYC verification.
• The Player has an outstanding deposit bonus with incomplete wagering requirements.
• The Account is under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation.
• The withdrawal would cause the Account balance to fall below zero (net of pending bonus requirements).
• Reasonable AML suspicion exists regarding the source of funds.

7.4 Withdrawal Fees

king77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer or processing fees. king77 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees deducted from your withdrawal amount.

king77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both this Agreement and the individual promotion's specific terms and conditions.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared between Accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• king77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements for already-claimed bonuses will be honored to their stated completion.
• Players who king77 reasonably determines to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional errors — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). This means the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, contribution rates by game type, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry date are always stated on the individual promotion page.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry. king77 does not extend bonus expiry dates unless a documented technical fault on the Platform caused the Player to be unable to complete wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, togel (numbers lottery), slots, or other gaming verticals. These product rules are published within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from the Platform (typically a bet slip reference number). king77 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed published maximum stake limits or that the Company's risk management systems flag as potentially fraudulent.

9.2 Odds and Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect or palpably erroneous price due to a manifest error — including human error, software fault, or data-feed failure — king77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. king77 is not obligated to pay winnings at erroneous odds.

9.3 Result Disputes

All sporting event results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football / BRI Liga 1). Togel draw results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the relevant lottery organization. In the event of a dispute, the Player must contact king77 support within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

Single-event maximum payouts apply across all betting categories. These limits are published within the Platform's betting rules section and may be adjusted at king77's discretion. Maximum payout limits are applied per Player, per event, per day, and are not cumulative.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the king77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or KYC information.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's Account credentials, payment methods, or identity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of an event on which bets are placed.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or exploit Platform features without explicit written permission from king77.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or suspected errors must be reported to king77 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing king77 support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from betting without permanently closing your Account.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the king77 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of king77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any king77 trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may infringe applicable copyright and trademark laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, king77 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond king77's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, network outages, and governmental action).
• Losses arising from your own breach of this Agreement, including unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from bets placed in error — including wagering on unintended markets, staking incorrect amounts, or misunderstanding bet types.

king77's maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes king77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

king77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is always displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting Player rights, payment conditions, or withdrawal terms — king77 will endeavor to provide advance notice via the Platform or registered email address.

It remains your responsibility to review this Agreement on a regular basis. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which king77 holds its operating license.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and king77, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. You should submit a detailed written complaint to king77's support team at the contact details in Section 16. king77 commits to acknowledging your complaint within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days (WIB).

15.2 Formal Dispute

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial complaint, the dispute may be escalated to king77's independent dispute resolution process. Details of this process are available from the king77 support team upon request. You may also have recourse to consumer protection rights available in your jurisdiction.
